Grace Dagg

Grace graduated from the University of NSW with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology. Grace is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with a passion for providing the tools for clients to take control of their health.

The practice of exercise physiology involves curating individualised exercise programs using evidence based practice for the client to address their cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, metabolic, respiratory or neurological pathologies.  Grace enjoys assisting clients to reach their goals through providing the appropriate education, exercise prescription and exercise delivery for their health needs.

For the past five years Grace has worked alongside Narelle assisting with sport injury management and prevention with numerous sports teams including NSW rugby 7s Youth, Men’s and Women’s teams and All Schools’ rugby finals. Grace has exercise physiology experience at the Children’s Hospital Institute of Sports Medicine in paediatric and concussion care, Prince of Wales Hospital in cardiac rehab and UNSW Lifestyle Clinic.

Grace has a passion for dance with a focus of ballet with a background of over 15 years of training including at the prestigious Tanya Pearson Academy. Grace enjoys dancing, yoga and Pilates based exercise.

Grace is currently studying her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Technology Sydney and hopes to combine her practice of exercise physiology and physiotherapy in the near future.
